If you are staying at the Hotel Niseko Alpen or SHIKI Niseko and wish to go to Sapporo, please contact Niseko Grand HIRAFU on 0136-22-0113 at least 11 days before the intended travel date (reception is open from 9:30 to 16:00).
If you are in Sapporo and wish to ski/ride at Niseko Grand HIRAFU for a day, please contact the Access Network on 011-219-4411 by 16:00 on the day before the travel date, starting 10 days before the intended travel date (reception is open from 9:30 to 16:00).
There are two bus stops at Niseko Grand HIRAFU. You must get off/on at the same bus stop when going to/from Niseko Grand HIRAFU.
