We are pleased to welcome you back with a renewed menu featuring carefully crafted dishes made with an abundance of locally sourced ingredients.
Enjoy our signature offerings such as the “Zangi Lunch Plate,” pasta dishes made with fresh local produce, and the rich “Black Curry” supervised by Toyoken, made with Hokkaido beef. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to bring out the best of Hokkaido’s seasonal flavours.

The Concept Behind “sanshoku”
The name “sanshoku” is inspired by two ideas.
First, “sanshoku” (三食) reflects the enjoyment of different meals and views throughout the day, morning, noon, and evening.
Second, “sanshoku” (山食) highlights the experience of dining while taking in the beauty of the surrounding mountains.
The restaurant’s glass-walled interior offers sweeping views of Mt. Yotei and the ever-changing natural landscape, shaped by sunlight and drifting clouds. Take your time and enjoy the scenery along with your meal.
The restaurant is open to all guests, including those not using other facilities, feel free to drop by anytime.
