We’re excited to announce the grand reopening of our cafe bar, Sanshoku, in July 2025!
The name Sanshoku has two meanings for our cafe. First, just like the Japanese word Sanshoku(三食 which means three meals), you can enjoy different foods and see different views in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Second, the name also sounds like Sanshoku(山食 which includes the Japanese word for mountain), reflecting the beautiful mountains you can see during your dining experience.
This summer, we’ll be open from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (last call at 6:30 PM).
Our cafe has glass walls, so you get amazing wide views of Mount Yotei. The landscape changes throughout the day as the sun and clouds move across the sky.
After enjoying activities like mountain carting, mountain biking, or a scenic ride on the summer gondola, please relax and unwind at our cafe with its breathtaking views.
