A Yamato Transport service counter is located inside the Hirafu Welcome Center, providing luggage pickup, delivery, and storage services for ski resort guests.

Shipping from the Ski Resort
Luggage can be shipped from the Welcome Center via Kuroneko Yamato. For added convenience, we recommend arranging round-trip shipping in advance.

Luggage storage is available at the designated counter inside the Welcome Center.
Price: ¥1,500 per item per day
*Live animals, fragile items, and valuables cannot be stored.

■About Coin Lockers
Coin lockers are available for same-day use only.
Overnight use is not permitted.
■Ski Locker Information
Ski lockers are available via cashless payment only.
After payment, you may access your locker freely during operating hours for up to 24 hours. Each access session is limited to 15 minutes.
Use beyond 24 hours will incur an additional fee.
Each locker can accommodate approximately four sets of skis and boots. Suitcases may also be stored.

Binding adjustment tables for skis and snowboards are available for guest use at any time.

Smoking Area
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas within the ski resort. Smoking outside of these areas is strictly prohibited.
Please note that tobacco products are not sold on-site.

Do you offer printed resort maps?
We offer pocket-sized ski area maps at the resort, which include information about restaurants and other facilities. Please feel free to pick one up during your stay.
If you prefer to view the course map on your smartphone or print it out in advance, a high-resolution PDF is also available. You can download it using the link below.
Are foreign currency exchange services or ATMs available?
Foreign currency exchange services and ATMs are not available within the ski resort. Please use nearby convenience stores or local facilities.

Sledding is not permitted anywhere within the facility.

There are currently no nursing rooms or childcare facilities available within the ski resort.
What should I do if I lose an item?
Lost items are stored for up to three months.
