Lost Property Inquiries
(Items lost within Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU Ski Resort)
Please enter your inquiry after reading and understanding the following cautions.
- You may be required to show proof of ID when collecting your lost property.
- Lost property that remains unclaimed at the end of the holding period, on the basis of Japan’s Lost Goods Law, will be disposed of.
- We may need to contact you by phone or email.
- If you do not respond to our communications, we will not contact you again.
- Please be aware that we will not contact you if we have not found your lost property. (You can make inquiries to the police, or other facilities.)
- If we send your lost property to you, you must pay the fee on delivery. Please be aware that we cannot send any items overseas.
