On December 20, 2025, a new restaurant, NEST813, will open on the second floor of the Ace Gondola summit station.
Situated at an altitude of 813 meters, NEST813 offers an unparalleled dining experience featuring breathtaking views of majestic Mt. Yotei, a vibrant open kitchen, and an island bar counter, a setting unlike any other.
Guests can savour an indulgent moment surrounded by some of the most stunning panoramic views found anywhere on the slopes.

NEST813 was designed under the concept of “a nest in nature to rest your wings.” The space is filled with natural light and exudes a luxurious sense of openness.

The restaurant actively incorporates environmentally conscious building materials, including recycled and upcycled resources, throughout its interior and exterior design.
For example, part of the interior features “SOLIDO TypeF,” an upcycled material made from coffee grounds, while the exterior utilises “TypeM LAP,” made with repurposed fly ash.
Additionally, the chairs from the “Center Four Lift,” which concluded operations after the 2023–24 season, have been upcycled into restaurant seating. These chairs, which supported the slopes for 38 years, now live on in a new form, creating a space that embodies the history, culture, and mountain resort charm unique to Grand HIRAFU.
