A new restaurant is scheduled to open on the 2nd floor of the Ace Gondola Summit Station for the 2025–2026 winter season.
Located at an elevation of 813 meters, the restaurant boasts one of the best views in the ski area, directly facing Mt. Yotei. Plans for the new restaurant include a stunning terrace that feels as though it extends into the view of Mt. Yotei, an open kitchen that brings the energy of live cooking, and an island-style bar counter where visitors can enjoy après-café time.
Seating will also feature repurposed chairs from the now-closed “Center Four” lift, which ended operations in the 2023–24 season, all thoughtfully designed to enhance the mountain resort experience.
The interior and exterior of the restaurant are also being planned with sustainability in mind, using reclaimed and eco-conscious materials.
Set against the breathtaking natural surroundings of Niseko, the restaurant aims to offer a peaceful, restorative space where guests can enjoy premium dining and exceptional relaxation, a true “nest” in nature.
