Mornings in Niseko Begin with Onigiri from sanshoku

One bite of an onigiri made with Nanatsuboshi rice, filled with the bounty of Hokkaido, brings a gentle sense of ease to both body and mind.

Before heading out in search of the finest powder snow, enjoy our signature onigiri, carefully crafted with Nanatsuboshi rice.

Relax and take a moment in our shop while enjoying the spectacular view of Mt. Yotei, or take it to go and savour it in your favourite spot.

Our onigiri are wrapped in our original burger-style packaging, making them easy to eat and suitable for a variety of moments.

What we value most is carefully hand-shaping each onigiri, along with a thoughtful selection of ingredients. With onigiri filled with the flavours of Hokkaido, we offer you a truly special morning experience.

①Rice

We use Nanatsuboshi, a premium rice grown in the fertile land of Hokkaido. It is known for its fluffy texture and balanced stickiness. Its flavour remains intact even when cooled, ensuring every bite is delicious, even when enjoyed as takeout.

②Salt

The salt that enhances the flavour of our onigiri is a roasted salt made from seawater of the Okhotsk Sea, which flows into Lake Saroma in Hokkaido. Carefully produced over several days, it has a gentle, natural taste.

③Ingredients

We use domestically produced roasted nori processed in Hokkaido, Hokkaido-grown cod roe finished in Kojohama, and salmon landed in the Okhotsk Sea. The salmon is carefully matured using the reverse-salting method to slowly draw out its deep umami.

Each onigiri is generously filled from edge to edge, delivering a rich and satisfying taste from the first bite to the last.
