Celebrate the New Year with Kagamibiraki and Complimentary Sake 

On Thursday, January 1, 2026 (New Year’s Day), a kagamibiraki ceremony and complimentary sake will be offered in front of the Ace Gondola.

Kagamibiraki is a traditional ritual in which the lid of a sake barrel, resembling a “mirror”, is opened to pray for harmony, health, and happiness.

A limited number of original masu wooden cups will be available. Please enjoy local sake made from the abundant natural blessings of Hokkaido as you wish for a year of good health.

Please note that alcoholic beverages cannot be provided to guests under 20 years of age or to those who will be driving.
