The bus departs every 15 to 20 minutes between 8:30 and 21:00 (while lifts operate).

During peak morning and evening hours passengers with travel luggage(e.g: large suitcases, rolling baggage) are not allowed to board, and the buses do not stop between the hotel and the slopes.
Bus service may be suspended because of bad weather or suspension of lift service.
