Disclaimer when applying for the rental."Please read"       1. The customer understands that the use of skis, snowboards and skiboards incurs the risk of accident which may result in injury or other damage.   2. Rental costs are completely non-refundable. This applies even if the lifts stop running.   3. The customer understands that ski bindings are not completely failsafe and do not guarantee the safety of the user.   4. Snowboards and snow blades are not equipped with safety devices (releases). Care must be taken when skiing or boarding as a fall or collision may result in injury.   5. Injury, damage and loss caused by falls or collisions while using the rental equipment are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are requested to pay due care and attention when skiing or boarding.   6. It is the responsibility of customers to store and return the rental equipment. In the event of damage, loss or theft, the customer will be charged the sum stipulated.   7. Customers are requested to check the binding release settings at the time of rental.   8. While we will adjust the customer’s gear in line with the customer’s specifications, we bear no responsibility for problems such as injury or accidents that occur as a result.   9. All rental goods must be returned by the date and time specified. Should you require an extension to the rental period please contact the rental company before the deadline for return of goods.   10. Cancellations made on the day of rental are non-refundable.
