A moderate-temperature sauna in the lower level. Called ganban-yoku, or "bedrock sauna bath", this is a place where you can lie for about 50 minutes on a stone that is heated to a warming 40 degrees C. It cleanses the body by promoting perspiration and gives you wonderfully refreshing feeling.
