Situated at an altitude of 813 meters, NEST813 offers an unparalleled dining experience featuring breathtaking views of majestic Mt. Yotei, a vibrant open kitchen, and an island bar counter, a setting unlike any other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests can savour an indulgent moment surrounded by some of the most stunning panoramic views found anywhere on the slopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The restaurant actively incorporates environmentally conscious building materials, including recycled and upcycled resources, throughout its interior and exterior design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, part of the interior features \u201cSOLIDO TypeF,\u201d an upcycled material made from coffee grounds, while the exterior utilises \u201cTypeM LAP,\u201d made with repurposed fly ash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the chairs from the \u201cCenter Four Lift,\u201d which concluded operations after the 2023\u201324 season, have been upcycled into restaurant seating. These chairs, which supported the slopes for 38 years, now live on in a new form, creating a space that embodies the history, culture, and mountain resort charm unique to Grand HIRAFU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
