Restaurant Slalom inside Hotel Niseko Alpen is offering a selection of our recommended regional Japanese sake during dinner hours. A rich variety of sake types, from daiginjo to pure sake and cloudy nigorizake, are on sale by the glass for 750 yen per serving!

Whether you’re already a sake fan, or haven’t really had much experience of Japanese sake until now, everyone can find their own ideal sake here!!
